BJP seeks Rahul Gandhi's apology for `reckless allegations' over Loya's death

New Delhi, Apr 19 (UNI) The BJP on Thursday sought an apology from Congress President Rahul Gandhi for ``reckless allegations’’ made by him and his party against its Party Chief Amit Shah over death in 2014 of judge BH Loya when he traveled to Nagpur to attend a wedding.
The special CBI judge was then hearing in Mumbai the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter matter.
Lashing out against Mr Gandhi, Union Law Minister and BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said at a press conference here that this was not Public Interest Litigation. ``It was Congress Interest Litigation driven to damage the BJP and its President, Amit Shah.’’
