BJP legislator debunks Cong MLA's claims of police atrocities

Bhopal, Feb 7 (UNI) Debunking Congress legislator Umang Singhar’s allegations vis-à-vis police atrocities at Bhutia and Jamda villages in Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district, his BJP counterpart Ranjana Baghel today claimed that his charges tantamount to demoralising police.
Ms Baghel arrived at the Chief Minister's residence, along with hundreds of people from Manawar, Gandhwani and Sardarpur Assembly segments.
''Villagers have come to thank Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the police action – that led to the recovery of their looted material, including motorcycles, tractors and diesel pumps and seizure of illegal liquor – on January 25,'' she said while addressing the meeting of the delegation with the Chief Minister.
