BJP leaders hoist 'Tiranga' across J&K UT

Jammu, Aug 5 (UNI) To mark the first anniversary of Articles 370 and 35(A) abrogation, ''Tiranga'' was hoisted by Bharatiya Janata Party leaders at more than 300 places across the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
It was hoisted at nearly 300 places in Jammu region and nearly 40 places in Kashmir region at places like BJP offices, Mandal Offices, in Wards and other prominent places like Chowks and rotaries inviting the participation from prominent civil society members. Besides these places, BJP activists also hoisted the Indian flag at their rooftops with full fervor and celebrated the First Anniversary of Articles 370 & 35(a) abrogation.
Large gatherings at all the places were deliberately avoided by BJP as far as possible to keep proper social distancing during the celebrations.
