Chandigarh, Aug 15 (UNI) To mark the 74th Independence Day of the country, national flag hoisting programmes were organised by BJP Chandigarh at different places at state, district and divisional levels in which the party's state president, state functionaries, district and divisional Chairmen and office bearers participated.
The programme at Kamalam was started by the workers of the party in presence of Party chief Arun Sood. He unfurled the flag at party office this morning. During the events, the Corona precautions were also followed.
All party workers hoisted flags at their homes.
