BJP govt in Haryana is govt of scams: Hooda

Ambala, Dec 11 (UNI) Senior Congress leader and former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday said that the BJP government headed by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was a government of scams which had brought the poor to the street.
Mr Hooda, who was here to attend the marriage function at Naraingarh Monday night, said that the government had given free hand to mining mafia who were looting the mines and giving royalty to those in power.
On the payment of outstanding amount running into crores due from the Banondi Sugar Mill Naraingarh, he said that the mill owners were not making payment of dues to sugarcane growers because of support from the government. It was not only in case of sugarcane but the government had also failed to provide minimum support price on other crops, he added.
