BJP flays Cong for politicising judges row

New Delhi Jan 12 (UNI) The BJP on Friday flayed Congress for trying to draw political mileage out of judges row.
''This is an internal matter of the Supreme Court. No politics should be played,'' BJP spokesman Sambit Patra said.
He said it is surprising and BJP is pained that Congress which has been rejected number of times by people in elections is trying to gain political mileage.
It has exposed itself, Mr Patra said. Earlier Congress president Rahul Gandhi addressed media and said the issues raised by judges should be looked into.

New Delhi, Apr 23 (UNI) The committee on inter-country removal and retention of children, headed by
Justice Rajesh Bindal, judge of High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh, on Monday submitted
its report to Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi, and recommended setting up of
an ‘Inter Country Parental Child Removal Disputes Resolution Authority’ as a one window solution in
such cases.
