Solan, Oct 25 (UNI) Castigating the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) government over its failure in checking the inflation and unemployment, Himachal Pradesh Congress President Kuldeep Rathor on Monday said BJP is completely a divided house in the state.
Claiming that contrary to opposition, Congress rank and file unitedly launched a massive campaign to educate the masses concerning anti-people, anti-farmer, anti-youth and anti-women policies of Jai Ram Thakur government in Himachal Pradesh.

He said law and order situation was deteriorating day by day, and crimes against women have witnessed increase. Drug, liquor and other mafias seemed to have gone uncontrolled and police officials were turning back towards maintaining the law and order in the state.
