BJP conspiracy behind the allegations: Mushrif

Kolhapur, Sep 20 (UNI) Maharashtra Rural Development Minister Hasan Mushrif on Monday alleged that the allegations being levelled by senior Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) leader Kirit Somaiya in Karad, including the Rs 100 crore scam in Gadhinglaj sugar factory were part of a conspiracy being hatched by BJP state president Chandrakant Patil who was the mastermind behind all this.
Mr Mushrif said that BJP state president Mr Patil was real master mind behind these allegations and was just using Mr Somaiya as a 'tool' to create trouble for everyone.
Mr Mushrif asserted that neither he nor anyone from his family has had any relation with Bricks India company. He further said that the alleged company has a capital of only Rs 44 lakh and a share capital of Rs 1 lakh, then how can a scam of Rs 100 crore in Appasaheb Nalvade Gadhinglaj cooperative sugar factory be committed. The state government had handed over the latter factory to Bricks India company for operating in 2012-13 for ten years and after making a loss, the company washed its hands of the factory.
