Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jan 7 2016 6:13PM BJD observes bandh in undivided Koraput to protest Polavaram projectBhubaneswar, Jan 7 (UNI) Normal life was paralysed in various districts of Odisha today due to a day-long bandh called by the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) in protest against the construction of multi-purpose Polavaram project on river Godavari in Andhra Pradesh on Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border. BJD has announced earlier to observe bandh from 0700 hrs till 1700 hrs to lodge protest against the construction of project.
