New Delhi, Aug 12 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday spoke to Ms Sharmishtha Mukherjee, daughter of former president Pranab Mukherjee and enquired about Mr Mukherjee's health.
He wished for early recovery of Mr Mukherjee. Mr Birla hoped that the former president would overcome all health related complications soon.
Earlier on Monday, Mr Birla, in a tweet message, said 'I pray for speedy recovery of former President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee from Covid-19. I am sure, with his strong will power, he will come out of it soon. @CitiznMukherjee'
