Bike thief nabbed from Nagpur by Goa Police within 48 hours of crime

Panaji, Sep 16 (UNI) Calangute Police in North Goa have arrested a Nagpur native for allegedly committing theft of a motorcycle from Calangute which was taken on rent.
According to police, a complaint was received from Alan Menezes, resident of Naikawado, Calangute, that one person namely Hrithik, son of Rakesh Shukla , resident of Jaripatka, Nagpur, had taken an Apache motorcycle worth Rs 2,10,000 on rent on September 12, 2018, for one day but had not returned it the next day and also kept his phone switched off.
When the complainant contacted police he informed that the motorcycle was having GPS device through which it could be tracked. Upon registering the crime immediately on September 13, 2018, police tracked the accused moving towards Nagpur. Accordingly a team of LPSI Pramila Fernandes, constable Peter Fernandes and other staff left to trace the accused person.
