Bihar polls Phase II: 60.40 percent polling till 3 pm

Patna, Nov 11 (UNI) Amid high alert and tight security arrangements, an estimated 60.40 percent electorate exercised their franchise till 3 pm in the second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections progressing peacefully.
According to office of Chief Electoral Officer(CEO), Vinod Singh Gunjiyal an estimated 60.40 percent electorate exercised their franchise till 3pm . Highest polling percentage was recorded in Kishanganj district where 66.10 percent electorate exercised their franchise while Nawada witnessed lowest polling percentage of 53.17.
West Champaran recorded 61.99 percent polling, East Champaran 61.92 Sheohar 61.85 Sitamarhi 58.32 , Madhubani 55.53, Supaul 62.06 Araria 59.80, Purnia 64.22, Katihar 63.80 , Bhagalpur 58.37, Banka 63.03, Kaimur 62.26, Rohtas 55.92, Arwal 58.26, Jahanabad 58.72, Aurangabad 60.59, Gaya 62.74, and Jamui 63.33 percent.

Patna, Dec 11(UNI) RJD senior leader Shivanand Tivary has questioned the disappearance of Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav from the political scene after the party’s crushing defeat in the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Tivary advised Tejashwi to return to the field without delay.
In an open letter addressed to Tejashwi, Tivary held Sanjay Yadav and former RJD Bihar president Jagadanand Singh, both considered close to the RJD’s de facto chief, responsible for keeping him in the dark.
