Presiding over a meeting styled as "Udyami Panchayat" Mr Kumar said that a new industrial policy would be required from June 30 this year and the state government was actively considering to bring changes in it if necessary to facilitate more investments in the state. He said his government was leaving nothing to chance to attract private investments to the state and hence an industrialpromotion policy was drafted and implemented in 2006 soon after he came to the power.
