Patna, Aug 8 (UNI) Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi today said that the NDA government has spent Rs 1,54,594 crore on construction work during the last five years in the state.
Addressing an official function Mr Modi said here that since 2016-17 till 2020-21, the state government constructed bridges, culverts, roads, buildings and energy and irrigation related structures through its own budget.
He said that Rs 15,293 crore was spent on building construction and the NDA government revived Bihar state police Building Construction Corporation in 2007 which was closed by RJD - Congress government in 2003.
