Bhim Singh demands judicial inquiry in Mufti Sayeed demise

Jammu, Jan 30 (UNI ) Describing the death of former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Syeed a ‘secret’, Jammu Kashmir Panther Party patron Prof Bhim Singh today demanded an independent judicial inquiry into the circumstances under which Mufti died in AIIMS in New Delhi.
Addressing a press conference here, Prof Singh has demanded constitution of a committee comprising three judges of Supreme Court to probe the cause of death of Syeed on January 7, 2016.
Prof Singh also declared that he will move a PIL before the Supreme Court if President Pranab Mukherjee and Parliament failed to inquire into the circumstances within a month that led to unfortunate death of Chief Minister.
