BHFL to host 'Homes and Loans' festival in Hyderabad from Nov 23

Hyderabad, Nov 22 (UNI) Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL), a subsidiary of Bajaj finance Limited, is organising a Property event in Hyderabad bringing real estate sellers and the buyers together from November 23 to 24.
With property value starting from Rs 30 lakh, Homes and Loans festival will witness the participation of the biggest developers in the country, the company said in a statement here on Friday.
BHFL is offering special interest rates starting from 8.55 per cent p.a and processing fee waiver.
The buyers will also get on-spot offers and approvals from BHFL as well as the Developers. Lucky winners will get a 10 gm gold voucher.
BHFL offers Home Loan for up to Rs 3.5 crore for purchasing home, constructing an own home or renovating the current home.
The company also offers its customers a top-up loan on Home Loan balance transfer, to finance key requirements like repairs and renovation.
BHFL is also one of the lending institution registered under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) (Urban).
