Bengal Govt wins Skoch Award for its ‘Waiting Huts’ project

Kolkata, Aug 30 (UNI) West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department has won the prestigious Skoch Award in the ‘Governance Gold’ category for its project, ‘Waiting Huts for pregnant women’.
This was announced by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today through a post on her Facebook page.
The award was conferred in New Delhi yesterday, that is, August 29.
