Bedlam in Bihar assembly over non-execution of govt order

Patna, Feb 29 (UNI) The Bihar Assembly on Thursday witnessed noisy scenes after opposition members created a ruckus in the house protesting against the non-compliance of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's order for alteration in school timings.
During Question Hour, CPI-ML member Mehboob Alam drew the attention of the House to the issue saying that the Chief Minister had announced the school timings in the House as 9-45 am to 4-15 pm for the Teachers. He said Chief Minister's order was not complied with.
The opposition members trooped to the well and shouted slogans against the government saying non-compliance of the Chief Minister's announcement made on the floor of the House was an attack on the dignity of the Assembly.
