New Delhi, Jan 21 (UNI) Police has arrested owner of the firecracker unit in outer Delhi's Bawana industrial area, where a massive fire claimed 17 lives.
Rohini Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajneesh Gupta on Sunday said that the factory owner Manoj Jain was arrested late on Saturday.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has ordered an inquiry into the incident and announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh to the family of the deceased and Rs 1 lakh to injured.
