Bank of India loss widens to Rs 3,587 cr in Q4

New Delhi, May 24 (UNI) Bank of India today reported net loss of Rs 3,587 crore for the January-March quarter 2016, sharply up from Rs 56 crore a year ago.
For the full year, the PSB’s losses accumulated to Rs 6,089 crore. In contrast, the bank had reported net profit of Rs 1,708.9 crore in the preceding year.
On consolidated basis, bank’s loss for the full year worked out to Rs. 6204.26 crore, as against net profit of Rs 2,012.9 crore in the previous year.
