Bangladesh to celebrate BNP founder's 84th birth anniv

Dhaka, Jan 18 (UNI) Bangladesh Nationalist Party BNP would celebrate the 84th birth anniversary of its founder former president Ziaur Rahman on Sunday.
BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced various programmes to mark the day at a press briefing at BNP’s Naya Paltan central office on Saturday.
As part of the programmes, BNP senior leaders together with party leaders and activists would place wreaths at Zia’s grave around 1000 hrs on Sunday.
