Bangabhaban readied for oath-taking ceremony of interim govt

Dhaka, Aug 8 (UNI) Bangabhaban, the official residence-cum-office of the Bangladesh President, has been readied to hold the oath-taking ceremony of the new interim government, to be headed by Nobel laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, on Thursday evening.
President Mohammed Shahabuddin will preside over the oath-taking ceremony of the advisers of the new government. The ceremony is to be held at 8.30 pm.
It is learnt that some 400 guests are likely to attend the oath-taking ceremony. These include politicians, academics, diplomats, senior civil and military officials.
