Bali Lambasted Jai Ram Govt for misusing govt. machinery for PM's Rally

Kangra, Dec 23 (UNI) Former Technical Education and Transport Minister GS Bali today lambasted the State BJP government for allegedly misusing the government machinery and forcing government officials, school students and beneficiaries of different schemes to attend the ‘ Jan Aabhar Rally’ to be held at Dharamshala on December 27, which is scheduled to be addressed by the Prime Minister.
G S Bali was addressing a press conference at his residence on Sunday. He said that Congress party welcomes the Prime Minister in the state but people here were confused whether this rally was for the celebration of schemes launched by NDA Govt. in last four and half years or for completing one year in office by the state government.
Former minister said, “ I was a cabinet minister number of times in congress Government and even I had direct responsibility of organizing public meetings to be addressed by the Prime Minister but this has never happened that MLA and ministers are involved directing department-wise attendance of employees and school teachers in the rally and are threatened otherwise they will be transferred if failed to attend the rally.” He alleged that even students of class X to XII are forced to attend the rally without uniform looks to be ridiculous.
