Liuzhou (China), Oct 26 (UNI) Fourth seeded Indian pair of N Sriram Balaji and Saketh Myneni defeated Arjun Kadhe of India and Yaraslav Shyla of Belarus by 7-6 (5), 6-1 in men's doubles quarter-final of the 50,000 dollar Liuzhou International Challenger in Guangyuan city, China on Thursday.
Balaji-Myneni are now pitted against second seeded Chinese pair of Mao-Xin Gong and Ze Zhang who eliminated the challenge of Goncalo Oliveria of Portugal and Mohamed Safwat of Egypt 6-3, 6-4.
Ramkumar Ramanathan and Aleksandr Nedovyesov of Ukraine were outplayed by top seeded pair of Cheng-Peng Hsieh of Taipei and Christopher Rungkat of Indonesia who registered straight sets 6-2, 6-2 win in just 56 minutes in doubles quarter-final encounter.
