Bajaj Electrical Q1 net up by 11.94 percent

Mumbai, Aug 12(UNI) Bajaj Electricals Ltd has reported a rise of 11.94 percent in its net profit at Rs 22.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 20.43 crore for the quarter
ended June 30, 2015.
Total Income has decreased from Rs 1017.32 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to Rs 969.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016, down by 4.72 percent.
Revenue from consumer products division stood at Rs 547.78 crore during the first quarter as compared with Rs 593.04 crore in the same period a year ago.
EPC division's revenue was Rs 411.44 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 412.30 crore in the same period last year.
