Bagepalli police arrest a drug peddler

Chikkabalapura, Sep 6(UNI) Bagepalli police have arrested a person on charges of selling ganja on national highway and recovered contraband worth Rs one lakh from him.
The accused identified as Narayanappa (55) was arrested on Saturday night.
The police raided and arrested the accused after reciving a tip off . He confessed before the police that he used to bring ganja from Puttaparthi town of Andhra Pradesh and sell it to the people passimng through the highway.
