Badals weakening claims by not sending officers on deputation: AAP

Chandigarh, Feb 5 (UNI) Taking serious note of Punjab government failing to send officers of Punjab cadres to Chandigarh on deputation, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today said the Badal government is cheating and misleading the people on the issue.
In a statement here, AAP Punjab convener Suchha Singh Chhotepur said this was the finest example of anti-Punjab face of Badals. He said Badals were adopting double standards in sending officers on deputation while a number of posts of Punjab quota in UT administration were lying vacant.
He said after every five years before elections, Badals tried to grab the votes of Punjabis on the Chandigarh issue while the ground reality was opposite. After the elections, they forget about the promises made during the elections.
