Badal describes 'darbars' of Congress leaders as a political tantrum

Ghandhran, Jalandhar, Jun 23 (UNI) Taking a dig over ‘darbars’ being organised by the Congress leadership across the state in view of coming assembly polls, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today asked these leaders that why did they shy away from meeting the people during their own government.
Addressing the gathering during sangat darshan in Nakodar assembly segment here, Mr Badal said Congress leaders were most inaccessible when they were in power adding that these leaders were hardly available to people when they were given the mandate to serve them.
However, he said now when elections for the state assembly were a few months away these leaders were indulging in political tantrums to woo the voters.
