BAC decides to hold budget session till Feb 25

Hyderabad, Feb 22 (UNI) The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) met after the Telangana Legislative Assembly was adjourned for the day on Friday.

The meeting presided by Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy has decided to hold the budget session till Monday next.

The discussion on the Vote-on-Account budget presented in the House by Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao earlier in the day will be on Saturday, while the debate on the Appropriation Bill will be taken up on Monday.

Meanwhile,the notification for the Deputy Speaker's election will be issued on Saturday as the Government had decided to hold the election Monday.

Former Minister and Secunderabad MLA T Padmarao Goud's name is almost finalised for the post, according to sources.
