Chandigarh, Feb 22 (UNI) The 'Dhaba' chain, which grew out of the Delhi's famed The Claridges Hotel, known as Highway Cuisine and managed by Azure Hospitality has announced over 100 such outlets in the country with an investment of over Rs 200 crore in next five years.
Speaking to media on the occasion of opening of its outlet's premier lounge and bar 'Theka' here on Saturday, Rahul Khanna, partner of Azure Hospitality, said "As of now, we have opened eight outlets in Delhi NCR and Chandigarh. There will be 12 more by May/June 2020 in major cities including Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa and four more in Delhi NCR. We have planned to take the 'Dhaba' to nook and corner of the country by opening over 100 such outlets in next five years with over Rs 200 cr proposed investment."
Puneet Gupta, Managing Director of Dhaba Chandigarh, who was also present on the occasion, said, "We are excited to unveil Theka, Dhaba's premium lounge and bar. The poeple of Chandigarh are often looking for somewhere to unwind after work. We look forward to indulging out guests with a new dining experience."
