Awareness for school students against not visiting porn sites:Nitish

Patna, Feb 26 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today announced that a new component of creating awareness among students for not visiting porn sites would be included under "Unnayan programme" in all schools of state, as the trend of visiting such sites was responsible for increase in crimes of sexual offences particularly against minor girls.
Mr Kumar, while replying to debate in Assembly on a motion of thanks to Governor for his address to joint sitting of both houses of Bihar Legislature on opening day of budget session, said that crimes of sexual offences, particularly against minor girls had increased, due to bad trends of visiting porn sites seen among youths. Such a bad habit was not good as it was responsible for crimes being committed by younger generation, he added.
"A new component of creating awarness among school students for discouraging them not to visit porn sites would be included under 'Unnayan programme' in the state", the Chief Minister said adding that trend of visiting porn sites was leaving its bad impact on younger generation and he had also written a letter to the Prime Minister requesting him to take steps for banning all porn sites in the country.
