Attendant arrested for abuse of women corpses in Bidar

Bidar, June 6 (UNI) In a deeply disturbing and shocking case that has triggered outrage in Karnataka’s Bidar district, a hospital morgue attendant has been arrested for allegedly stripping the bodies of deceased women and taking obscene photographs on his mobile phone inside a government teaching hospital mortuary.
The accused, Munir Ahmed, employed as an attendant at the BRIMS Teaching Hospital mortuary, is alleged to have committed the acts in complete violation of professional ethics, human dignity, and legal norms governing handling of the dead.
According to the complaint lodged by BRIMS Head of Department Dr. Mosinul Haque, the accused took advantage of moments when the postmortem area was unattended. He allegedly removed the clothing of women bodies brought for postmortem examination and captured nude photographs using his personal mobile phone without any authorisation.

Court sends 15 drunk drivers to jail in Kakinada
