Assemby Poll: TJS to field candidates in 14 Assembly constituencies as against 8 allotted by Cong

Hyderabad, Nov 19 (UNI) Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS ) has decided to put up its candidates in 14 constituencies as against 8 allotted by the Congress in the seat sharing in the Assembly election scheduled to be held in the state on December 7.
TJS a partner of the Congress-led People's Front has announced its final list of two candidates--P.Devaiah from Waradhannapet and OU student leader N.Ramesh from Amberpet.
The curtains will be rung down at 1500 hours on Monday on the filing of nomination papers.

Belagavi, April 19 (UNI) Jagadish Shettar, the BJP candidate from the Belagavi parliamentary constituency, has expressed serious concerns over the "increasing Jihadi activities in Karnataka."
He attributed this rise to the appeasement policies of the Congress government, alleging a collapse of law and order in the state.
