Guwahati, Dec 13 (UNI) The situation in Assam appeared to be limping back to normalcy, as barring a few stray incidents, the state remained peaceful throughout the day, while the administration level was reshuffled, with as many as 10 SPs being transferred on Friday.
In other major towns of Assam like Dibrugarh, the curfew was relaxed for five hours in the morning.
The situation in Assam over anti-CAB protests continued to remain tense, with people defying indefinite curfew in various parts, including Guwahati and Dibrugarh, to participate in agitations, while internet services remained suspended and the Army continued to assist the civil administration in restoring normalcy.
