Islamabad, Jun 6 (UNI) The Supreme Court on Wednesday deferred till June 12, the hearing of the Asghar Khan case after earlier ordering deposed former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to appear before the three-member bench in an hour.
Chief Justice Saqib Nisar was informed by the attorney journal that Mr Sharif was present at the accountability court and was unable to attend the apex court’s hearing, a report in The Express Tribune said.
Notices had been issued to 30 individuals, including Nawaz, to appear before the court. However, they were not required to appear in person before the court.
