Bengaluru, Feb 21 (UNI) A day after it got FOC from Indian Air Force, HAL produced Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat took to the skies in the two-seater version of the indigenous aircraft.
Gen Rawat was given an enthralling ride in the two-seater trainer variant at Yalahanka Air Force Station on the second day of Aero India Defence and Aerospace exposition here on Thursday.
Reacting after the sortie, Gen Rawat appreciated HAL and said Tejas was a wonderful aircraft. He said they did some normal manoeuvers but the feeling was very good.
