AP: Minister Subhash opens Kalyana Mandapam

Kakinada, Dec14 (UNI) Minister for Labour Vasamsetti Subhash declared open the Kapu Kalyana Mandapam constructed at Annayyapeta village in Ramachandrapuram rural mandal on Sunday.
During his address, he promised to sanction necessary funds for the construction of dining hall for the Kalyana Mandapam.
The Kapu leaders, basically agriculturists, recalled how in the past Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose, Rajya sabha member sanctioned Rs.30 lakhs from his MPLAD funds and the then MLA Thota Trimurthulu sanctioned Rs.25 lakhs for the Kalyana Mandapam.

Tamil Nadu Assembly without delivering the customary New Year address prepared
by the DMK goverment on the opening day of the session citing non-recital of National
Anthem, the Principal Opposition AIADMK and its ally, the BJP, too staged a walk out
of the Assembly on Tuesday.
