AP CS orders for an inquiry on transportation of 1,381 KGs gold by TTD officials

Amaravati, Apr 21 (UNI) Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh government L V Subramanyam ordered for an inquiry on the transportation of 1,381 KGs gold by the officials of famous hill shrine Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanam (TTD) without proper security.
The Chief Secretary here on Sunday appointed Special Secretary of government of AP Manmohan Singh to inquiry on the transportation of the gold.
The 1,381 KGs of gold was seized by the officials in Tamil Nadu when being transported to the Punjab National Bank in a truck without proper documents and security.
