AP CM scared of results of General Election: YSRCP

AP CM scared of results of General Election: YSRCP

Hyderabad, Apr 21 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu finding fault with all the institutions is only an indicator of his fear of losing the general election held on April 11 and his dream of paving way for his Minister Son N Lokesh to take-over the reins is being shattered, YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has claimed.

Speaking to reporters here on Sunday, Party senior leader Ambati Rambabu said, ‘ Mr Naidu has been taking ill of all the institutions from Election Commission to other Central Agencies, finding fault with EVMs, resorting to incoherent talk ,criticising Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and YSRCP at every given opportunity.

Mr Naidu's recent remarks on Mr Reddy was ridiculous and show that he has already lost battle and had given up. There was no need or occasion to use such a language unless he is highly disappointed, Mr Rambabu said.

All this reflects his utter disappointment and the impending defeat in the general election as his dream of making his son as Chief Minister has been shattered with people decisively voting in favour of YSRCP, the YSRCP leader also claimed.

Mr Naidu has usurped the Party and power from TDP founder and former Chief Minister N T Rama Rao and kept NTR's bloodline away from the Party only to promote his son.

This dream is going to be shattered very badly and after being convinced of what is in store he has been resorting to all the loose talk and apprehensions.

TDP is a boat that is on the brink of wreckage after the election result on May 23, he said.

About the incident involving Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao, he said, people have vented their pent up ire as they were subjected to many hardships by the Kodela family. He has a track record of election violence and has many adversaries.

With such a background if a person (Speaker) entering into a polling booth and bolts the door of it from inside, he is to blame for every consequence, Mr Rambabu said.
