AP CM launches APCOS website

AP CM launches APCOS website

Amaravati, Nov 12 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday launched the official website of Andhra Pradesh Corporation for Outsourced Services (APCOS).

During the Spandana review meeting here, the Chief Minister said that the Corporation would be transparent in the recruitment and payment. There will be no room for middlemen or corruption, he added.

The Chief Minister said that all the appointments would be done through APCOS, a move which checks the irregularities and ensure the government policy of reservations to SCs. STs, BCs, Minorities and women are followed. Placement of workforce from district to Secretariat level will be taken care of by the Corporation giving no place for middlemen.

“The salaries will be credited to the bank accounts and the vacancies list should be acquired by December 15 while placement orders should be given from January 1. The data will be available on the website” he informed.

At district level, the in-charge minister would be approving authority and district collector is the convenor. At the State level, it would be the minister concerned and the Department Secretary.
