AP: 256 prisoners treated at mega dental camp in Rajahmundry central jail

Kakinada, Feb 26 (UNI) As many as 256 prisoners were screened and given treatment for various dental ailments at the free mega dental camp organised exclusively for the inmates of Rajahmundry central jail by the Indian dental association (IDA) Kakinada unit on Monday.

A team of twelve dental experts from kakinada headed by Dr Addala Satyanarayana convenor and Dr Venkatapati vice president had treated the prisoners and gave Rs.25,000 worth of medicines, tooth brushes, pastes and Mouth wash bottles.

Hyderabad, Dec 8 (UNI) Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, reacting sharply to the BRS "charge sheet" against the government, accused the party of acting undemocratically and likened former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) to a "modern-day Tughlaq."
Speaking at a press conference held at the Secretariat on Sunday, Srinivas Reddy launched a scathing attack on the BRS leadership.
