New Delhi, May 29 (UNI) The cast of the Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Sanju', based on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt, gets bigger with the addition of Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma.

Rajkumar Hirani, the director of Ranbir Kapoor-starrer on Tuesday informed that Anushka plays a special appearance in the film.

The filmmaker, who has earlier worked with Anushka in 'PK', revealed the first look of Anushka Sharma's character.

"And here is my dear friend Anushka. It’s a special appearance....but she worked on every nuance of the role for days together. Can anyone guess who she plays?....Will reveal tomorrow at the trailer launch," Hirani tweeted.

Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film features a galkaxy of stars of tinsel town including Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala, Jim Sarbh, and Boman Irani in important roles.

Sanju is set to be released on June 29, 2018.
