Another Baghat Bank defaulter arrested

Solan, Nov 10 (UNI) Solan Police have arrested another Baghat Bank loan defaulter from Shimla district in connection with the recovery of a loan.
Notably on October 25, the Court of Collector-cum-Assistant Registrar Co-operative Societies, Solan, issued an arrest warrant against Megh Ram Sharma, resident of village Sanat, Post Office Bhalu, Tehsil Chopal, District Shimla, under Section 75(A) of the Land Revenue Act, 1954.
According to this, Megh Ram Sharma had taken a loan from Baghat Bank, Solan, but he failed to repay the loan within the stipulated time, due to which he was declared a defaulter by Baghat Bank, Solan, whose total liability, including interest, amounts to Rs. 32,79,083.
