Andhra: 5 killed as car collides with lorry

Anantapur May 18 (UNI) Five persons of a family were killed and three were injured when their car in collided with a lorry on the outskirts of Gooty mandal on NH 44 early Saturday.
Gooty Circle Inspector Venkatrami Reddy said that eight members of a family, all residents of Rani Nagar colony in Anantapur, went to Hyderabad to shop for the marriage of one, Suroj Basha to be held on May 27. Suroj too was killed in the accident.
When they were going back to Anantapur from Hyderabad, the accident took place.
