New Delhi, Nov 12 (UNI) Condoling the passing away of Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anant Kumar, Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday said that Kumar has been a valued colleague of him for years, right from the times of the students' movement to Parliament
