Ramanathapuram, Feb 22 (UNI) Terming the DMK-Congress alliance
in Tamil Nadu for the ensuing Lok Sabha election as corrupt, BJP
National President Amit Shah on Friday sought to know who would be
their Prime Minister if they win the poll, while asserting that it was a
necessity that Mr Narendra Modi must become the PM again for the
welfare of Nation.
Addressing the Shakti Kendra Pramukh Sammelan meeting to strengthen
the booth level activities here after addressing the cadres of 18 Lok Sabha
constituencies, in Madurai, as part of rejuvenating the BJP for the crucial
poll, he mocked at the Opposition alliance and dared DMK Chief M K Stalin
and AICC President Rahul Gandhi to give an account of the development
of Tamil Nadu to its people.

parties if they win the Lok Sabha poll.
'Even if the Opposition alliance wins the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, who will be
their PM', Mr Amit Shah asked.
Listing out the developments initiated by the BJP-led NDA regime
for Tamil Nadu, he said the NDA government gave more than 500
per cent for the development of the State under the 13th Finance
Commission when compared to the previous Congress regime.
'The Congress-led UPA gave only Rs 94,540 to Tamil Nadu, whereas
the NDA government gave around Rs 5.42 lakh for the development
of Tamil Nadu', he said, adding, 'this is 500 per cent more than
given by the Congress led UPA'.
