Amend Articles 29 and 30, give minority benefits to all: VHP

Mangalore, Dec 29 (UNI) VHP demanded amendment in Article 29 and 30 of the Constitution of India which are meant for the protection of the interests of the minorities.
According to a statement released issued here on Sunday, the VHP said the benefits under these two Articles should be given not only to the minorities but other sections also. The VHP believes that this will help in eliminating discrimination.
On the second day of the three-day meeting, the VHP resolved to build a cultured, strong and self-reliant India along with passing many important resolutions related to its agenda. The main agenda of the organisation was related to the amendment of the two Articles which protect the interests of the minorities. If the government amends Articles 29 and 30 as per the demands of the VHP, the benefits which the minorities get will end.

Kakinada, Sep 22(UNI) In what is stated to be the biggest ever haul of non –duty paid liquor (NDPL) in recent times ,the East Godavari police and the special enforcement bureau (SEB)in a joint operation have seized on Tuesday Rs.24 lakh worth of 12,000 liquor bottles of 180 ML capacity packed in 250 cotton cartons while being clandestinely transported in three vehicles from Goa.

CM instructs officials to non agriculture properties with in 15 days

Hyderabad, Sep 22 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has instructed the officials concerned to register houses, plots, apartment Flats and other non-agriculture properties of people, in rural and urban areas, which are not yet registered online so far should be completed within 15 days.
