Amara Raja, Blaze Automation announce signing of JV agreement to set up ARBT

Hyderabad, Jul 27 (UNI) Amara Raja Group and Blaze Automation on Monday announced that they have signed a Joint Venture (JV) agreement to set up Amara Raja Blaze Technologies Private Limited (ARBT).

This JV will leverage their combined strengths and cumulative experience spanning over three decades to innovate, develop and manufacture IoT devices for the world market, Amara Raja said in a release here.

Blaze Automation, an Internet of Things (IOT) company with offices in USA, India and Australia, is a leader in delivering IoT devices to the global market.

The JV will be a Full-Service Provider of "Concept-to-Product" and will set up a Center of Excellence (COE) focusing on product Innovation and world-class Manufacturing services for IoT based devices.

The COE will help its global customers every step of the way from proof of concept to the prototyping and mass manufacturing of new products related to Home/Building Automation, Intelligent Lighting, Enterprise Automation, Energy Management, Elderly care and Wearable devices.

ARBT's Faster and Better (FAB) Methodology ensures an unwavering focus on providing the highest quality of IoT devices at optimum costs.

Objective dovetail into Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Atmanirbhar Bharat”, the JV will start delivering “Made in India” products to its customers as early as September 2020.

Hyderabad, Nov 9 (UNI) The foundation stone for the upcoming 800 MW Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project at the existing Singareni Thermal Power Plant (STPP) premises in Jaipur, Mancherial district of Telangana, is expected to be laid soon.

Adani Kutch Copper inks deal with caravel for Australian project

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) Adani Group's Kutch Copper Ltd has officially announced that it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Australia's Caravel Minerals Ltd to collaborate on the latter's copper project in Western Australia. According to the deal, Adani-owned Kutch Copper will have the first rights to participate at the project-level or as direct equity investments during the MoU term.
