Patna, Nov 22 (UNI) Union Minister of state for Home and senior BJP leader Nityanand Rai today came down heavily on Congress for its alliance with Gupkar in Jammu and Kashmir, saying it would be last nail in Congress's coffin.

There would not be any change in the stand of the Narendra Modi government on the issue even if Congress joined hands which China and Pakistan, he sarcastically remarked.
The Union Minister said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi should explain to the people why senior leaders of the party were demanding restoration of Article 370 and Article 35 (A).
