All set for Garuda Seva at Tirumala

Tirumala, Sep 16 (UNI) Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has geared up to observe the most important festival, Garuda Seva, on Monday evening, Tirumala Joint Executive Officer (JEO) K S Sreenivasa Raju said.

During a press conference at Media Centre here on Sunday, the JEO said, the capacity of galleries in four mada streets will hold 2 lakh devotees.

We have set up separate entry and exit points in North, East, West and South Mada streets. An Executive Engineer level officer had been deployed in each mada Street while one Superintending Engineer will monitor two mada streets each. For overall supervision we have deployed FACAO Balaji in Mada streets and Chief Engineer Chandra Sekhar Reddy in outside lines", he added.

The JEO also said the engineering, vigilance, Anna prasadam, Health departments have completely geared up to meet Garuda seva rush.

CVSO Incharge Siva Kumar Reddy, SVBC CEO Nagesh Kumar, PRO Dr T Ravi were also present.
